All you need to do is drop your preloved items in. We handle the entire set-up, sales and pack-down process for you -at no extra cost!
The best part? It only costs $1 per item to sell with us - and that's for a 6 week rental!
How It Works
(It’s easier than you think!)
1. Book your rental appointment
Use our online booking system below, to book a drop-off time that suits you.
2. Bring your items in
Bring your preloved clothes and accessories in-store. We carefully hand-pick what we know will sell, then we price, tag, display and sell your items for you.
3. Track your sales
We send daily sales updates straight to your email – or you can log in to your seller account anytime to track your sales live.
4. Collect your unsold items
We pack up any unsold items for you at the end of your rental. We complete a full inventory list, to ensure everything is accounted for.
5. Get paid!
We automatically pay your profits straight to your bank account at the end of each month.
Pricing
$1 per item + 20% commission
It only costs $1 per item to sell with us, plus 20% commission from your total sales. You can sell as few or as many items as you like, for only $1 each.
Inclusions:

- All inclusive - we price, set-up, sell, and pack-down all items for you
Selection Process
(What we love, and what we kindly pass on)
We hand-pick every item that comes in to our store for sale. We know our shoppers so well, and only choose the items we know they will love.
Below are some of the main things we consider when selecting which items to sell.

We focus on children's wear
Our stock consists of roughly 70% baby and kid’s wear.
We do sell women’s clothing, but the selection is highly curated and limited to a small amount of excellent-quality, in demand brands and styles that our shoppers love. Think oversized tee's, flowy dresses, comfy matching sets - our mumma's love casual and trendy styles.
Clean and excellent condition
We only sell items that are washed, clean, ironed/steamed, and pet-hair free.
We value sustainability and items that will last, so we don’t accept any pieces with stains, fading, pilling, holes/damage, or signs of heavy wear.
We don’t sell items in play-condition.

Modern and current styles
Our shoppers love modern, up-to-date items - fashion similar to what’s available in retail stores now. We generally accept pieces up to 2-3 years old.
Seasonally appropriate
We consider weather and traditional seasons when selecting items. For example, we accept lighter and cooler fabrics and styles in summer, and we usually start accepting Christmas fashion at the end of October.
What to avoid
Fast Fashion Brands
We limit items from budget fast fashion brands. We value sustainability and prefer well-made, longer lasting pieces that have a lot of life left.
Socks + Underwear
Unless brand new with tags still attached. Bathers and sleepwear must be in excellent condition.
Anything that we don’t choose to sell will be returned to you at the time of your appointment.

What can I sell?
You can sell clothes and larger accessories, including hats, bags, shoes, belts, headbands and scarfs. Underwear, socks and lingerie can only be sold if they are brand new with tags. Bathers and sleepwear can only be sold if they are in excellent condition. You are unable to sell jewellery, watches, sunglasses and smaller accessories.
During your appointment, we select which of your items we would like to sell in store. We know our customers so well, and only choose the items we know they will love.
How many items can I sell?
You can sell as many or as few items as you like - for only $1 per item.
When booking a drop off appointment with us, please select the maximum number of items you will be bringing to your appointment. If you bring more items than the amount you book for - we will not have time to look over them.
How long can I book for?
Our rental periods are automatically booked in six week increments.
At the end of your rental, you are welcome to extend any unsold items for another six weeks. If you would like to add new items to the rental, you will need to book another appointment with us.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
The only thing you need to bring to your appointment are the items you'd like to sell. We provide everything else, including coat hangers, price tags etc.
Who prices my items?
Our team determines the sale price of your items, using our pricing guide. This has
been created using data from previous sales, item recommended retail price, item condition, and customer demand. This helps us keep pricing fair and consistent for shoppers and sellers alike.
However, we are always happy to work with you to ensure you are happy and comfortable with the prices set.
Can I discount my items during my rental?
Yes - any unsold items are automatically discounted 28 days after your rental has commenced. The discount percentage is at your discretion (and is optional).
Once the discount is applied, it cannot be removed, reduced or increased.
Can I restock sold items?
No, sold items can't be restocked.
However, our rentals run per item, not per customer. This means you can have multiple rentals running at the same time - you don't need to wait for your 6 week period to be finished before starting a new one.
If you would like to bring new items in to sell, you will need to book another appointment with us.
Can I track my sales?
Yes - we send daily sales updates straight to your email, or you can log in to your seller account anytime to track your sales live.
When do I get paid?
Rental profits are automatically paid into your nominated bank account at the end of each month. Please allow 7-10 days for processing automated payments.
What condition should my items be in?
All items need to be washed, clean, undamaged and pet-hair free prior to sale. Shoes must be washed and in good condition.
We are unable to take any items that we believe to be unfit for sale, including stained, damaged or inappropriate items, or any items that look or smell unclean.
Do I really need to steam/iron my items?
Crinkled items can be harder to sell, so depending on the severity, we may choose not to take them.
Plus, we use our website and social media to increase sales - crinkled items don't look appealing, so we wouldn't post photos of them online.
