How can I rent a rack?
You can book an appointment online anytime via our online booking system. If you prefer, you can also call us or book in store during staffed hours. Once your reservation is confirmed, all you need to do is come in store at your appointment time with the items you wish to sell.
We will work with you to price, hang and tag your items in store, which will take about 30-60 minutes.
How much does it cost?
We have two rental size options:
Single
A single rack includes:
30 hanging items (clothes)
4 accessories (shoes, hats, bags ect)
$30 per week + 10% commission
Double
A double rack includes:
60 hanging items (clothes)
8 accessories (shoes, hats, bags ect)
$55 per week + 10% commission
How long can I book for?
Bookings are made in weekly increments and you can book for as many weeks as you like. We recommend booking a minimum of two weeks to make the most out of your rental. You can monitor your sales in real time via the Zellr app, and refill/restock as items sell.
When can I set up and pack up my rack?
Set Up
You can book an appointment to set up your rental from Tuesday - Saturday (we are closed on Sunday's and Monday's). Appointment times are available in 60 minute increments. If your appointment isn't until later in the day, we will schedule your rack rental to start the following day so that you don't miss out on any sales time.
If you can't find an appointment time that works for you, you can join our waitlist to be notified of new availabilities, otherwise please reach out and we will work together to find a solution. Please allow roughly 30-60 minutes to set up.
Pack Up
On your final rental day, we will move your items to our 'last chance' rack. This lets customers know this is their last opportunity to purchase your items before they are no longer available in store. The next morning, we will pack up your unsold items and have them ready for you to collect any time during staffed hours. We will hold your items for up to one week for your convenience. After this, a surcharge of $5 per day will be charged for storing your items, and will be deducted from your sales.
What can I sell?
We are a preloved clothing store especially created for babies, kids and adults. This means our most popular items are clothes and shoes for babies and children, as well as adult clothing that is seasonally appropriate and currently on trend. We accept most clothes and larger accessories, including male and female clothes, hats, bags, shoes, belts, headbands and scarfs. Underwear, lingerie and bathers can only be sold if they are brand new. We are unable to accept jewellery, watches, sunglasses and smaller accessories. Please contact us if you have any questions.
You can sell up to 30 hanging items (clothes) on a single rack, or 60 on a double. You can have 4 accessories on a single rack and up to 8 on a double. Your rack can be a combination of adult, children and baby clothing and accessories.
All items need to be washed, clean, undamaged and pet-hair free. Shoes must be washed and in good condition. Little Sunshine Preloved reserves the right to remove any items that we believe to be unfit for sale, including stained, dirty, damaged or inappropriate items.
How do I price my items?
During your appointment, we will work together to price each of your items using our flexible pricing guide, and data from previous sales. You do not need to create any pricing before you come in to set up your rack rental.
Do I need to bring my own clothes hangers?
No, we provide everything you will need to display your items, including coat hangers and price tags etc.
Do I need to print my own price tags?
No, we will work together during your appointment to price your items. We will then print your price tags onto our custom swing tags that are strong and secure.
Can I refill my rack as items sell?
Yes! You can track your sales in real time via the Zellr app or website. Once 5 items or more have sold, you are welcome to come in anytime during staffed hours to refill/restock. You can refill your rack as many times as you like to make the most out of your rental.
Do you offer refunds?
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any items, so please make sure you are happy with your item prior to purchase.
