How can I sell with you?

Our aim is to make selling your preloved items easier and more affordable than ever before. All you need to do is book an appointment time with us, and bring your items in for sale. We handle the rest - we price, tag, hang, and sell your items for you. You can keep an eye on your sales in real time, by using our customer portal. At the end of your rental period, we pack up any unsold items for you to collect, and pay you your profits.

You can book an appointment with us online anytime. If you prefer, you can also call us or book in store during staffed hours.

How much does it cost to sell with you?

We have two rental options:

OPTION ONE
$1 per item + 20% commission from total sales

Option One Inclusions:
Clothing items and accessories (shoes, hats, bags ect)
2 week rental time
All inclusive - we price, set-up, sell, and pack-down all items for you

OPTION TWO
$2 per item + 20% commission from total sales

Option Two Inclusions:
Clothing items and accessories (shoes, hats, bags ect)
2 week rental time
All inclusive - we price, set-up, sell, and pack-down all items for you
All items added to online store to be shopped Australia wide

How long will my appointment take?

We allow roughly 30 minutes to look over and price up to 50 items. We then tag, hang and display your items for you. If you have more than 50 items, please book two appointments in a row.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

We provide everything you need to sell your items, including coat hangers, price tags ect. All you need to do is bring your preloved goods in store at your appointment time.

How many items can I sell?

We can only look at 50 items per appointment. If you have more than 50 items, please book two appointments in a row.

How long can I book for?

Rental periods are automatically booked in two week increments. At the end of your rental, you are welcome to extend for another two weeks if you like.

What can I sell?

Our best selling items are those that are seasonally appropriate and currently on trend. During your appointment, we will let you know which items we would like to sell. We know our customers really well, and will choose items we know they will love. 

We are able to accept most clothes and larger accessories, including men's and women's clothes, hats, bags, shoes, belts, headbands and scarfs. Underwear, lingerie and bathers can only be sold if they are brand new. We are unable to accept jewellery, watches, sunglasses and smaller accessories.

All items need to be washed, clean, undamaged and pet-hair free. Shoes must be washed and in good condition. We are unable to take any items that we believe to be unfit for sale, including stained, dirty, damaged or inappropriate items.

How do I price my items?

During your appointment, we will discuss if you would like us to price your items using our pricing guide, which has been created using data from previous sales. The price of each of your items is at your discretion, so if you prefer to set specific pricing, that is completely fine with us. We will work with you to ensure you are happy and comfortable. 

Can I track my sales?

Yes, you can track your sales in real time by logging in to our customer portal. We also email you a full inventory list at the beginning, and at the end of your rental period, to keep you updated on each of your items.

Can I discount my items during my rental?

Yes, you can put your items on sale once, at any stage throughout your rental period. We put ‘discount stickers’ on each of your items tags to ensure customers are aware of the reduced price.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please let us know ASAP. We will always be happy to reschedule to a time that suits, and can use your original appointment for someone else.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, we are next door to Foodland Hackham, in the shopping precinct. There is plenty of on-sight parking, with direct access to our store.

Do you offer refunds?

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any items, so please make sure you are happy with your item prior to purchase.
