1. Make a rental appointment
You can book an appointment through our online booking system. You can also book by giving us a call, or in store during staffed hours.

2. Bring your clothes in
At your appointment time, bring in your preloved clothes and accessories. We will discuss which items we think will sell well, and agree on what price you would like for each of them. We handle the rest! We price, tag, hang/display and sell your items for you.

3. Track your sales
Watch your sales roll in by logging in to our sales portal, where you can track your sales in real time. It's addictive!

4. Collect your unsold clothes
Once your rental period has finished, we will pack up your unsold items for you, and have them ready for you to collect. We provide you with a full inventory list, to ensure all unsold items are returned to you.

5. Get paid!
We will pay your profits, minus 20%, to your nominated bank account within 7 days of you collecting your unsold items.
